Such approval was given with <br />the understanding treat the accessory building as shorn on the plans~is <br />not approved until such time as the Planning Commission has made its <br />recomm®ndations. <br />Enclosed is the Conditional Use Permit submitted. ors, <br />Macomber was at the above-mentioned meeting and stated that the location <br />of the accessory building right on the property line wouldn~t seem to <br />be out of line inasmuch as it would be back-to-back with one accessory <br />building the neighbor has constructed. However, she mould be happy to <br />comply with the Planning Commission's recommendations. <br />The set of drawings and plans for the swimming pool are <br />in the village office.
