HEADLEY <br />ROBERT O.SULLIVAN <br />Mr. Joseph Bianchi has submitted a request to the <br />Village of Falcon Heights for a subdivision of his <br />property pursuant to the requirements under the Village <br />Subdivision Ordinance. <br />Enclosed herewith are two copies of a survey prepared <br />by the Charles 0. Georgi Company. <br />This matter has been reviewed by the Village Council <br />and the Village Engineer. <br />The purpose of the Village Subdivision Ordinance is <br />to impose some reasonable restrictions and planning re- <br />quirements on the subdivisions of existing lots in the <br />Village of Falcon Heights. Mr. Bianchi's proposal is to sell <br />the easterly 200 feet of his lot which fronts on Fairview <br />Avenue.
