Nelson <br />At the meeting of the council on July 22 Black moved that the <br />application for conditional use permit for an additional building on <br />the property located at 1689 North Cleveland Avenue be referred to <br />'the P1.annxng Commission, subject to payment of the fee of ~5.t10 and <br />also sub3ect to submission of a diagram giving the dimensions of the <br />proposed building and the proposed distance from the property tins. <br />Motion was seconded and carried. <br />This property, as you ^~-ell 1~.o~r, is zoned &-1, even though there <br />are other similar buildings and a greenhouse there. R4r. Nelson thinks <br />it peculiar that he should need a conditional use permit, but did br3.ng <br />in a diagram today and did pay the $5.ap. <br />It is ~ understanding that you are meeting shortly, And l~r.
