Plant opened txe meeting with s Sts.tement th~.t this was to <br />be a public r,.earing on an amexxdment to Ordinance ;;LL64 entitles <br />"Falcon iieigizts Zonirxg Ordinance" striking section 14.2 (4.4 ) <br />of said ordinance which provides in part: <br />~~~rtultiple 3hvellings. ~t least one and three-tenths <br />(1. ~~) parking places per dwelling; urxit. ~~ <br />and inserting in its place the following; <br />~~14.2 (4.4) R~ultiple Dwei7::ings. bt least one and <br />one-half (1.5) parking Y~la~es per dwelling unit.n <br />As there were no arpearances in opposition to the proposed <br />ordinance change, the Plarxnixxg Co~::ntission moved to reconxmend to <br />the Village Council that Ordinance .~64, section 14.2 (4.4) be <br />amended to read 1.5 parking spaces per unit. <br />2. S`t. instead <br />of tine r~uired 12,500 sq. ft. an~ey also approve the variance for <br />the set-baciz from the alley.
