1861 Moore Avenue <br />St. Paul, Minn., 55113 <br />March 24, 1864 <br />Mayor Garold Nilsen and <br />Village Council members <br />Faloon Heighta Village <br />St. Paul, Idinnesota, 55113 <br />Re: Request for Conditional Use of Bank Lot, <br />Snelling Drive and Alley, for a Qarden Supply <br />Center Building <br />The Planning Commission of Falcon Heighta has reviewed the <br />above request aulrmitted by the Faloon Heighta Hardware to <br />construct a concrete slab 40 feet my 26 feet with a hip <br />roof over 40by 20 feet. <br />The Coannisaion recommends the following wi th regards to thin <br />request: <br />1. The side yard requirement of 10 feet and rear <br />yard of 20 feet as established in Section 11.4 {4) <br />are to be maintained. <br />2. Provide proper control of traffic in and out <br />of the lot. <br />3.
