HEADLEY <br />February l~, 196+ <br />Planning Commission <br />Village of Falcon Heights <br />16~-ZI- West Larpenteur Avenue <br />Saint Paul, Minnesota 55113 <br />Re: Proposed Subdivision <br />Ordinance No; 69 <br />Dear Members of the Planning Commission: <br />By resolution adopted February 12, 196, the <br />Village Council has referred the proposed Subdivision <br />Ordinance to the Village Planning Commission for study <br />and recommendation. <br />The purpose of the proposed Subdivision Ordinance <br />is to require that all divisions of real estate in the <br />Village of Falcon Heights, platted or unplatted, be <br />submitted to the Village Council for approval. The <br />requirement of municipal approval becomes important when <br />considering the possible division of unplatted property <br />in the Village, and the possible division of existing <br />lots and parcels of real estate in the Village today. <br />This ordinance also amends and upgrades the plan- <br />ning and platting regulations of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights which were initially adopted twelve years ago. <br />This resolution has been reviewed and recommended <br />by both the Village Attorney and the Village Engineer. <br />
