4 ~ <br />ARTICLE II <br />PROCEDURE FOR PLATTING LAND <br />Pre-application Procedure <br />2.1 Previous to the Piling of an application for conditional ap- <br />proval of the Preliminary Plat (General Subdivision Plan), the <br />Subdivider shall submit to th® Council plans and data as specified <br />in Article IV. This step does not require Formal application, fee, <br />or filing of plat with the Council. <br />2.2 Within fifteen (15) days the Council shall inform the Subdivider <br />that the plans and data as submitted or as modified do or do not meet <br />the objectives of these regulations and ordinances. When the Council <br />finds the plans and data do not meet the objectives of these regula- <br />tions it shall express its reasons therefor, <br />2.3 If the plans or data submitted bythe Subdivider, as submitted <br />or modified, meet the ob,~ectives of these regulations, and the ®xist- <br />ing ordinances of the Vi118ge, then the Council shall refer said plans <br />and data to the Planning Commission for their atiuly, consideration <br />and recoanmendations, all with due regard to the pravisiona of .the <br />regulations contained her~sin and other ordinances of the Pillage. <br />Procedure For Conditional Approval of , <br />Preliminary Plat __~ <br />~~~~r.~r-rrr ~ ~ r- <br />2.4 On reaching conclusions informally as recommended above regarding <br />his general program and ob3ectives, the Subdivider shall cause to be <br />~3- <br /> <br />
