~. <br />upon fulfillment of the requirements of thea® regulations and the <br />Conditions of the Conditional Approval, if any. <br />procedure for Approval of Final Plat <br />2.9 The Final Plat shall conform substantially to the Preliminary <br />Plat as approved, and, if desired by the Subdivider, it may eon$tituts <br />only that portion of the approved Preliminary Plat which he proposes <br />to record and develop at the time, provided, however, that such por- <br />tion conforms to all requirements of these regulation8. <br />2.10 Application for approval of the Final Plat shall be submitted <br />in writing to the Council at least thirty (30) days prior to the meet- <br />ing at which it is to be considered. <br />2.11 Three (3) copies of the Final Plat and other exhibits required <br />for approval shall be prepared as specified in Article Y, and shall <br />bs submitted to the Council within six (6) months after approval of <br />the Freliminary Plat; otherwise such approval shall become null and <br />void unl®as an extension of tiiae is applied for and granted by the <br />" ~n..et,~v~l'~.Q. <br />/=~~z1~ <br />2.12 Published notice. When a copy of any~plat is filed with a <br />municipality for approval, published notice shall be given of a pub- <br />lic hearing to be held within thirty (30) days thereafter, in they <br />Le galnewspaper for the Village.
