PROCEDURE FOR CONDITIONAL APPRpVAL OF FRELIMINARX PLAT 3.~ R~ reaching conclusions informally ae recommended above regar8- ing his general program and obJectives, the Subdivider shall cause to be prepared a Prelimsnary Suzw®y, together with improvement plans and other supplementary material ss specified in Article VI. 3.5 Three (3) copies of the Freliminary Survey and supplementary material specified Sha11 be submitted to the Court with written application for conditiinal approval at Yeast ten (l0) days prior to the meeting at t~rhich it is to be considered. 3.6 Following review of the preliminary survey and other material submitted for conformity thez~e3of to the existing regulations and ordinances of the Village, and negotiations with the Subdivider on changes deemed advisable, and the kind and extend of improvamentS to be made by him, the Council shall, within thirty (30) days, act thereon an Submitted or modified, and if approved, shall refer the Preliminary Survey to the Planning Commission for its approval or disapproval, and if disapproved, the Planning Camtnission end Council shall express its disapproval. and the reasons therefor. 3.7 The action of the Council shall he noted on two copies of the Preliminary Survey, referenced and attached to any conditions deter- mined.
