K, Otis Wynn Hindermann, George Plant, Otto Bonestroo. <br />Members absent: George Croft, Jack Hayes. <br />George Shavor reported that the tyro items, University Plat for Grove East <br />- and the Larpenteur Snelling interchange, ~rould be brought before the Council <br />at their March 9th meeting. <br />Request to rezone the Ernest weigt property Was referred to the Commission. <br />Since tentative zoning calls for R-3 residential, td:e Council action to <br />postpone any action until the zoning ordinance is finalized xas confirr~d by <br />the connnission. <br />A fear suggestions concerning the Larpenteur Snelling business area in relation <br />to the proposed highxay interchange vrere made and it was proposed that steps be <br />taken to contact ovrners of business properties to see what can be done about a <br />forvrard. look for the business section.
