The legal description of said property is as <br />follows: <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Lindig's 3rd addition {88.3$5x2$9.l~5} <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing at the Village Hall an <br />Tuesday, October 10, 19?2 at $ s00 P.M. to ccs~~aidc~r rezoning of the <br />above property. Present at the ntet~ting, in addiY..ion to all the members <br />of the Planning Commission and Trustees Black and Eck].und, .sore Art <br />and Fred Lindig anti 1-!a reside;.~ts fr©m the 'immediate area. <br />The nine: neielibar ~ ~s°iza spoke incii,.eated they were opposed to the re- <br />zoning as they wan-cad the area kept a once-iamiZv rESidentia:~ crg.
