August 15, 1872 <br />~._. <br />TOs Mayor Warkentien and <br />Village Council Members <br />Res Application from Clement A, Lehnen, 1550 West <br />Larpeateur Avonue, to add to his present sign. <br />The Planting Commission met at the Village Hall on Thursday, <br />August 10, 1972, at 7:30 P.M. to consider the requ~sst for a <br />variance submitted by Mr. Clement A. Lehnen to add to his <br />present sign. <br />As the addition would extend more than 18 inches from the <br />front of the building, the Casnmissiat voted to recounmend to <br />the Village Council that their deny the application for a <br />variance on the basis of Section 11.1 (3:..3) of the Ordinance <br />which stated "No sign shall gro~ect more than 18 inches <br />across a required front or required side yard."
