~,.eY
r ~
f
V
CV

'.
..
June 2, 1971 ~
Mr. Richard Magnuson, Building Inspector
Falcon Heights Village `~

1810 Holton Ave.
St. Paul, Minn. 55113 <'
Dear Dick: \
Enclosed is a diagram of the way our house and garage are located
on our lot-and also one of the proposed way in which we would like.
ble
d
d
o
ou
a
buil
to add to our garage. We had hoped originally t

garage but because our lot is so small, and with five children we
need space for them to play. Our solution seems to be to add. on to ~}'

the length and width of our garage so we will be able. to get our
station wagon in, and be able to open the door to get out after we
have the car in the garage. In order to go into our back door a ~'
person has to go around the entire garage and back again-to get to

the door. By taking the garage off of the house w~will"be able to ~i
~
~
go into a gate from the driveway to the back door. Our yard in fenced `-'~
in and we would like to keep it that way because of small children-and
' ~~
F~
the dog...
Our neighbor Mrs. ,Marie Johnson has told us she wouldn't cared if we
even built up to the line because the children and their friends would
~~ not be going around the garage and next to her garden, and she certainly
i
approved of us building just 2 feet wider than our original garage i~ nog
Would you please send us a building permit so we can begin this work
soon as possible. We sent a check to the Village Hall for $.T:00.
Respec u i Y Yours,
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Shibrawski
