_ __ _ <br />-' ` ,, <br />_~ _, <br />~l~ <br />..ORDINANCE NO..~3.~' <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 64~ ENTITLED "THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF FALCON HEIGHTS RELATED TO A COMPREHENSIVE AMENDMENT AND REZONING <br />OF THE VILLAGE, AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 8 ORIGINALLY PASSED BY <br />THE VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS ON OCTOBER 21, 1g~9", AS AMENDED BY <br />ORDifJA?dCE NOS. 70 AND 71. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights does ordain <br />as follows: <br />Sectlvu i. Utility shed - any detached <br />accessory structure used primarily for storing <br />tools, equipment, garden supplies: and other <br />materials used to maintain the premises." <br />Section 2. That said Ordinance No. 6~+ as entitled above <br />is hereby .amended by striking the paragraph numbers of ~ara- <br />graphs (64) to (68) of Section 3.2 and inserting in .lieu thereof <br />paragraph numbers (65) to (6g). <br />Uecti on 3.
