Attachment f <br /> No. R-92;46 <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br /> Date: 10/28/92 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br /> FOR DELINQUENT DISEASED TREE REMOVAL CHARGES <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Falcon <br /> Heights, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. It is hereby determined that there is a delinquent diseased <br /> tree removal charge against the property hereinafter set forth, in the <br /> amount set forth opposite the description of such property; <br /> 2. A special assessment in the amount hereinafter set forth is <br /> hereby levied against such tracts, with an interest rate of eight percent <br /> annually; <br /> 3. A total amount of such special assessment, shall be payable <br /> with the 1992 real estate taxes due and payable during 1993; <br /> 4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified copy of the <br /> assessment to the County Auditor to be extended on the proper tax lists <br /> of the County and such assessment shall be collected and paid over into the <br /> same manner as other municipal taxes; <br /> 5.
