10/6/92 <br /> We contacted the City of Prior Lake and spoke with Francis. She <br /> said they have used Transworld Systems for ambulance bill <br /> collections for a little more than a year. In August, they <br /> evaluated the arrangement and felt the percentage of collections <br /> was very worthwhile and opted to continue with them. They are <br /> using the same system we are proposing, that is, a series of five <br /> letters encouraging them to pay. <br /> We also contacted the City of Jordan. They have signed a <br /> contract with Transworld Systems but haven't actually started <br /> yet. She is just getting the bills ready to turn over to them. <br /> We asked if she had contacted other city governments Transworld <br /> Systems serviced to get recommendations /comments from them, and <br /> she said they had but she didn't remember which ones had been <br /> contacted, but she knew they were all very positive responses. <br />
