Attachment C <br /> RESOLUTION 92 49 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT, AND ORDERING <br /> PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE <br /> MATTER OF THE 1993 STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted September 23, 1992, a report has <br /> been prepared by Maier Stewart Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of the <br /> following described streets: <br /> Fulham Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Vincent Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Northrup Street form Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Burton Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Coffman Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Folwell Avenue from Fulham Street to Folwell Avenue <br /> Autumn Street from Roselawn .Avenue to Prior Avenue <br /> Prior Avenue from Roselawn Avenue to Summer Street <br /> Summer Street from Moore Avenue to Howell Avenue <br /> And this report was received by the Council on November 25, 1992. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS, <br /> MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report <br /> and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the <br /> improvement of $989.200. <br /> 2. Maier Stewart Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the Project Engineer for this <br /> improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for <br /> the making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids. <br /> Adopted by the council this 25th day of November, 1992. <br /> Thomas Baldwin, Mayor <br /> Shirley Chenoweth, City Clerk <br />
