The current code has not been updated since February, <br /> 1989 and this seems like an appropriate time to review the code <br /> to determine if any amendments are necessary. The city attorney <br /> is reviewing the ordinance at this time. <br /> Staff would like direction regarding whether to pursue updating <br /> the code at this time. <br /> ATTACHMENTS: <br /> Ordinance 0 -89 -5 <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: Direct staff to review and draft any <br /> necessary amendments to the charitable <br /> gambling ordinance. <br /> i <br />
