The appointment is pending the passing of the <br /> Ramsey County fire chief's physical agility test on January 18, <br /> 1993 and a doctor's physical. Failing to pass either of these <br /> tests makes the applicant ineligible for a firefighter's position <br /> with the City of Falcon Heights. <br /> This appointment will bring the number of fire personnel to 27. <br /> 35 members are permitted. <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: Appointment of Bryon Anthony Schultz to <br /> the Fire Department subject to passing the <br /> two physical tests and probation period. <br />
