This decision followed presentations <br /> made by representatives of three of the firms who submitted <br /> proposals, E -Z Recycling, Knutson Services, Inc. and SuperCycle, <br /> Inc. and a thorough discussion by the commission. <br /> ATTACHMENTS: <br /> a.
