The city <br /> must approve the registration and premises permit for the <br /> operation. <br /> The city's charitable gambling ordinance requires that the <br /> organization: <br /> 1. Submit monthly payments of 3% of gross receipts to the <br /> city to cover documented city expenses; <br /> 2. Submit monthly payments of 10% of net profits to the <br /> city for a fund for the community benefit. <br /> ATTACHMENTS: <br /> A Premises permit and registration application from the <br /> Roseville Youth Hockey Association, dated December 7, 1992 <br /> B Staff report on application, dated January 8, 1993 <br /> C Resolution approving the charitable gambling application for <br /> the Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association and <br /> city ordinance Chapter 5, Section 15 of city code. <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> Approve Resolution R-93-4 for a charitable gambling operation for <br /> the Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association at Falcon Lanes, 1550 <br /> West Larpenteur Avenue. <br />
