A probation period isn't <br /> warranted. <br /> 3. Change in job title. <br /> From Recreation and Community Services Director to Parks and Recreation <br /> Director due to the type of work actually done by the person in this position <br /> which includes park improvement and facility planning and implementation; and <br /> has not focused on community services beyond park and recreation opportunities <br /> and outreach. <br /> No salary adjustment is necessary for this position. <br />
