With so much <br /> facilities available he may even want to repair vehicles or bring <br /> groups of motorcyclists into the area, resulting in noise and <br /> congestion and destroying the quality that has made Falcon <br /> Heights so desirable. <br /> The city's responsibility is to correct its mistake and to be <br /> very diligent in the future protecting the rights of the majority <br /> and the welfare of all of Falcon Heights. The codes were <br /> established many years ago for very good reasons. <br /> it is unfortunate in this nation that we are either unwilling or <br /> unable to enforce codes and rules.
