The program provides <br /> funding for up to 80% of the total project expenditures. Funds <br /> are available in 3 categories; (1) pedestrian and bicycle, <br /> (2) historic and (3) scenic and environmental. <br /> Staff recommends that funding be sought for an 8 foot wide <br /> bituminous surface bicycle /pedestrian pathway along the south <br /> side of Larpenteur Avenue between Coffman and Snelling.
