We request an increase in the allowable fence height from six (6) <br /> feet to eight (8) feet. We would like the eight foot fence to reduce the excessive noise <br /> generated by delivery trucks and employees of Warner's Stellian and Ciatti's in the private <br /> alley that borders the east and south borders of our property (see attached lot drawing).
