In order for this recodification <br /> to become law it is necessary for council to pass a resolution <br /> officially adopting the recodification and to authorize <br /> publication of "Notice of Recodification of the Falcon Heights <br /> City Code" for two successive weeks. <br /> ATTACHMENTS: <br /> a. Staff report <br /> b. Copy of proposed recodification (Chapters 1 -8) <br /> c. Proposed ordinance <br /> d. Copy of notice to be published <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: Review the code, make any desired amendments <br /> and adopt Ordinance 0 -93 -2 <br />
