5 -1.02, 5 -1.03 <br /> D. Condition of Premises. Premises used in connection <br /> with any licenses business must be kept clean, in good <br /> repair, and free and clear of any trash, rubbish or <br /> debris. <br /> 5 -1.03 Regulation of Specific Businesses and Products. <br /> A. Gasoline Stations. <br /> 1. Definition. A gasoline filling station is <br /> hereby defined to be any place <br /> maintaining one <br /> or more pumps used for the purpose of selling <br /> gasoline for use in motor vehicles of any kind. <br /> 2. Restrictions. Every gasoline filling station <br /> shall be maintained and conducted in compliance <br /> with the provisions of this code and the laws of <br /> the state of Minnesota. All gasoline stations <br /> shall be inspected at least once a year by the <br /> fire marshal for compliance to the uniform fire <br /> code. <br /> B. Christmas Tree Lots. <br /> 1. Definition of Term. Such a license shall be <br /> referred to as a Christmas tree sales license and <br /> shall expire on January 15 of the year following <br /> issuance of the license. <br /> 2. The applicant shall provide the address and <br /> the parking to be provided on the property or <br /> adjacent property. <br /> 3. Restrictions. The following restrictions <br /> shall govern the issuance and continued validity <br /> of a Christmas tree sales license: <br /> a. Such license shall be granted only in a <br /> P -1 or B -2 district or for an existing <br /> nursery or garden store. <br /> b. Adequate off street parking shall be <br /> provided on the site or adjacent thereto. <br /> c. At all times the site shall be kept in a <br /> clean and neat manner and free from debris. <br /> d. In the event the site is to be <br /> artificially illuminated, all lighting shall <br /> be directed to not create a glare on the <br /> 2 <br />
