RESOLUTION 93 16 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 10th day of February, 1993, fixed a date for <br /> the Council Hearing on the proposed improvement of: <br /> Fulham Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Vincent Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Northrup Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Burton Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Coffman Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Folwell Avenue from Fulham Street to Hoyt Avenue <br /> Autumn Street from Roselawn Avenue to Prior Avenue <br /> Prior Avenue from Roselawn Avenue to Summer Street <br /> Summer Street from Moore Avenue to Howell Avenue <br /> Hoyt Avenue from Fulham Street to Folwell Avenue <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, <br /> and the hearing was held thereon on the 10th day of March, 1993, at which all persons desiring to be heard <br /> were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota: <br /> 1.
