CORRECTION <br /> Regular Meeting of the City Council <br /> March 10, 1993 <br /> CONSENT AGENDA: <br /> C -4 Authorizing execution of the recycling contract with <br /> E -Z Recycling, Inc. <br /> Clause D -1 of the contract, dealing with reporting <br /> requirements, which reads: <br /> "The weight in pounds of all recyclables collected <br /> including certified weight receipts for each type of <br /> material, and including separate totals for multi- <br /> family and single family /fewer than 18 -unit <br /> residences;" <br /> should be amended to read: <br /> "The weight in pounds of each type of recyclable <br /> material collected, including separate totals for <br /> multi family and single family /fewer than 18 -unit <br /> residences, and including all certified weight <br /> receipts;" <br /> Because of a drafting error, the clause as originally <br /> written implies that separate weight receipts for each <br /> type of recycled material would be required. Separate <br /> weight receipts were not requested in the RFP, and <br /> were not required under the previous contract. <br />
