RESOLUTION 93 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> AND ORDERING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on November 25, 1992, Maier Stewart <br /> Associates, Inc., has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of: <br /> Fulham Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Vincent Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Northrup Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Burton Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Coffman Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Folwell Avenue from Fulham Street to Hoyt Avenue <br /> Autumn Street from Roselawn Avenue to Prior Avenue <br /> Prior Avenue from Roselawn Avenue to Summer Street <br /> Summer Street from Moore Avenue to Howell Avenue <br /> Hoyt Avenue from Fulham Street to Folwell Avenue <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota: <br /> 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference, are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in The Construction <br /> Bulletin, an advertisement for bids for the making of such improvement under such approved plans and <br /> specifications. The advertisement shall be published for 21 days, shall specify the work to be done, and <br /> shall state that the bids will be opened and the responsibility of the bidders will be considered by the <br /> Council at 10:00 a.m. on April 6, 1993, in the Council chambers of the City Hall, 2077 Larpenteur <br /> Avenue. Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned during consideration of the bid will be given <br /> an opportunity to address the Council on the issue of responsibility.
