Attachment C <br /> 93 -15 <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR 1547 LARPENTEUR AVENUE <br /> On March 10, 1993 the City Council, on the recommendation of the <br /> planning commission, approved a conditional use permit under <br /> section 9 -10.01 [2] (d) of the zoning code to allow the <br /> installation of a 6 -foot satellite dish antenna at the rear of <br /> 1547 Larpenteur Avenue, subject to the following conditions: <br /> a. That the antenna mounting hardware be designed and <br /> installed to withstand wind speeds at least as high as <br /> the design standards of the antenna itself; <br /> b. That the antenna and all mounting hardware must be <br /> maintained in a safe and operable condition, and; <br /> c. That no portion of the antenna or its mounting <br /> hardware directly overhang the alley. <br /> The council adopted the following findings for granting the <br /> conditional use permit for 1547 Larpenteur: <br /> a. That the antenna is a permitted conditional use under <br /> section 9- 10.01 [2](d) of the zoning code, and; <br /> b. That the granting of the conditional use permit will <br /> not adversely affect the health, safety, convenience, <br /> comfort or welfare of the occupants of surrounding <br /> lands. <br />
