The equipment consists of two VHF portable radios <br /> with accessories and 10 monitors with accessories and a 5 year <br /> warranty. <br /> Quotes received are as follows: (See attachments) (tax included) <br /> 1. Bear Communications $6,608.48 <br /> 2. Communication Specialists 8,040.57 <br /> 3.
