Neighborhood Night Out <br /> REVIEWED BY: <br /> EXPLANATION /SUMMARY: <br /> Judy Sabean is well underway organizing a citywide national night <br /> out celebration for August 3, 1993. She has arranged for donations <br /> from several businesses but also asked for money to cover small <br /> costs from Rosetown American Legion. <br /> Rosetown American Legion donates money to cities and tax exempt <br /> organizations, not individuals so Judy asked if the city could <br /> accept the donation of $500 to a National Night Out. <br /> The city finance director will work out a reimbursement method for <br /> the National Night Out costs incurred by Judy. <br /> 4 <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: Decide on accepting National Night Out <br /> donation from Rosetown American Legion <br /> for $500.00. <br />
