SANFORD, 1739 FAIRVIEW AVE. <br /> WHEREAS, R. A. and Marilyn E. Sanford, are owners of certain real <br /> estate located in an R -1 zone at 1739 Fairview Ave. in the City of Falcon <br /> Heights; and <br /> WHEREAS, the owners have requested splitting the lot pursuant to <br /> the city zoning code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of splitting the lot is to accommodate <br /> construction of a new home on the westerly lot which faces Lindig Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, the city planning commission, following their May 24, 1993 <br /> public hearing on the matter, recommended that the lot split be approved; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the property located at 1739 <br /> Fairview Ave. legally described as "Sub to New Brighton Rd and ex No 1913 <br /> 7/10 ft. and ex S 624 88/100 ft. of the E 490 ft. of SW 1/4 of Section 16, <br /> Town 29, Range 23, 1739 North Fairview Avenue, be divided as follows: <br /> PARCEL A The South 94.76 feet of the North 2008.46 feet <br /> of the East 268.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter <br /> of Section 16, Township 29, Range 23, except the <br /> right of way New Brighton Highway according to the <br /> maps on file and of record in the office of the <br /> Ramsey County Recorder, State of Minnesota. <br /> PARCEL B The South 94.76 feet of the North 2008.46 feet of <br /> the East 490.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of <br /> Section 16, Township 29, Range 23, except the <br /> East 268.00 feet. <br /> Moved by Approved by <br /> BALDWIN Mayor <br /> CIERNIA In Favor Date <br /> GEHRZ <br /> JACOBS Against <br /> GIBSON TALBOT <br /> Attested by <br /> City Clerk <br />
