No. <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> O R D I N A N C E <br /> Date <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9- 13.03, SUBD. 11 <br /> OF THE FALCON HEIGHTS CITY CODE RELATING TO <br /> ROOFTOP DISPLAYS AND AERIAL SEARCHLIGHTS <br /> The city council of the City of Falcon Heights does <br /> hereby ordain: <br /> Section 9- 13.03, Subd. 11 of the Falcon Heights city <br /> code is hereby amended to read: <br /> Section 1. <br /> Rooftop Displays and Aerial Searchlights. Rooftop <br /> balloons and rooftop displays are not permitted except <br /> in a commercial zone for a maximum of five days for a <br /> business grand opening or a special civic event. A <br /> temporary sign permit is required for the balloon. <br /> Aerial search lights are not permitted. <br /> Section 2.
