M. Frattalone Excavating and Grading, Inc. with the condition <br /> that the water improvements and testing items be removed from the <br /> contract. <br /> It is necessary that Change Order No. 1 be approved making these <br /> deletions a legal part of the contract documents. This change <br /> order will decrease the contract price by $120,375.00 making the <br /> total contract price $758,643.75 rather than the original price <br /> of $879,018.75. <br /> ATTACHMENTS: <br /> a.
