The staff will summarize the <br /> meeting for the council and discuss possible next steps. <br /> Staff is currently reviewing the status of the city's outstanding <br /> bonds and capital funds, and asks that the council hold off <br /> scheduling the alley improvement project until the 1994 budgeting <br /> process begins in July, 1993.
