EASEMENT <br /> For good and valuable consideration, Regents of the University <br /> of Minnesota, a Minnesota constitutional educational corporation <br /> "University as fee owner, and Joanne B. Eicher, a single <br /> person, as tenant, hereby grant, convey and quit claim unto the <br /> City of Falcon Heights, a Minnesota municipal corporation <br /> (hereinafter "Grantee a permanent easement for utility, drainage <br /> and sidewalk purposes over, under and across that part of the <br /> following described parcel of land in the City of Falcon Heights: <br /> The West 5.00 feet of Lot 13, Block 1, Auditor's Subdivision Number 90, according to said plat <br /> on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> The Grantee agrees to hold the University harmless and <br /> indemnify it from and against any and all liability arising from <br /> the Grantee's use of the University property described herein <br /> pursuant to this easement. <br /> In witness whereof, this instrument has been executed as of <br /> the day of 1993. <br /> I I <br /> UNIVERSITY: REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY <br /> Approved as to form and execution: OF MINNESOTA <br /> By <br /> R.
