EASEMENT <br /> For good and valuable consideration, Regents of the University <br /> of Minnesota, a Minnesota constitutional educational corporation <br /> "University as fee owner, and University of Minnesota Retirees <br /> Housing Corporation, Inc., a Minnesota non profit corporation, as <br /> tenant, hereby grant, convey and quit claim unto the City of Falcon <br /> Heights, a Minnesota municipal corporation (hereinafter "Grantee <br /> an easement for utility, drainage and sidewalk purposes over, under <br /> and across that part of the following described parcel of land in <br /> the City of Falcon Heights: <br /> The East 10.00 feet of the West 53.00 feet of the Condominium Plat of Condominium <br /> Number 264, 1666 Coffman, A Condominium, according to said plat on file and of <br /> record in the office of the County Recorder, Ramsey County, Minnesota, which lies <br /> North of the South 80.00 feet of said plat. <br /> Also the East 5.00 feet of the West 48.00 feet of the South 80.00 feet of said plat. <br /> Along with a temporary construction easement over the <br /> following described land for constructing sidewalks, <br /> drainage and utility improvements over, under and across <br /> the above described permanent easement area: <br /> The East 10.00 feet of the West 63.00 feet of the North 50.00 feet of the South 180.00 <br /> feet of the Condominium Plat of Condominium Number 264, 1666 Coffman, A <br /> Condominium, according to said plat on file and of record in the office of the County <br /> Recorder, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> Said temporary construction easement shall terminate <br /> December 31, 1993. <br /> The Grantee agrees to hold the University harmless and <br /> indemnify it from and against any and all liability arising from <br /> the Grantee's use of the University property described herein <br /> pursuant to this easement. <br /> In witness whereof, this instrument has been executed as of <br /> the day of 1993. <br />
