It clarifies that the home occupation license is <br /> designed to maintain the residential character of the neighborhood. The ordinance <br /> requires: <br /> No business signs <br /> Control over of trips per day (average of four for this use) <br /> Employees must be an occupant of the home <br /> The business must clearly be a secondary use for the dwelling <br /> This is not a zoning change, but an annual license <br /> Letter from Attorney Bachman stating that: <br /> the license should be approved if all requirements are met <br /> the home occupation license is treated as a business license <br /> Request for approval for Dave Tretsven as regular part employee <br /> Dave has worked off and on for over twenty years for the city <br /> He'll be assisting Shirley Chenoweth with code enforcement and site plan review <br /> His resume is attached <br />
