Motion carried unanimously. <br /> GFOA CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT AWARD PRESENTED TO TOM KELLY <br /> Baldwin presented the Government Finance Officers Association <br /> Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting <br /> to City Finance Director Tom Kelly. <br /> PRESENTATION OF AMM PEACEMAKER AWARD TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL <br /> Hoyt presented the Association of Metropolitan Muncipalities <br /> Peacemaker Award to the Mayor and City Council.
