INSURANCE <br /> A. AGENCY shall secure following insurance coverages and comply <br /> with all provisions noted. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance <br /> a) Minimum Limits <br /> Bodily Injury and Property Damage <br /> 600,000 per occurrence <br /> 1,000,000 aggregate <br /> b) The following coverages must be specifically insured <br /> and certified with no internal sublimits <br /> 1) Premises and operations <br /> 2) Independent Contractor's Contingent Liability or <br /> Owner's Protective Liability <br /> 3) Products /Completed Operations (if applicable) <br /> 4) Products /contractual liability coverage written to <br /> specifically cover this contract or on a blanket <br /> basis <br /> 5) "X,C,U" Hazard Liability (if applicable) <br /> 6) Personal injury liability including claims related <br /> to employment and coverages a through c <br /> 7) Broad form property damage liability, or deletion <br /> of the "care, custody, and control exclusion" <br /> 8) Aircraft liability (if applicable) <br /> 9) Watercraft liability (if applicable) <br /> c) The Ramsey County Housing and Redevelopment Authority, <br /> its officials, and employees shall be added as <br /> additional insureds with a cross liability <br /> endorsement. The policy is to be written on an <br /> occurrence basis or as acceptable to the Ramsey County <br /> Risk Manager. <br /> 2. Automobile Liability Insurance <br /> a) Minimum Limits: $600,000 combined single limit <br /> b) Coverage shall include: hired, non owned, and owned <br /> auto <br /> 3.
