This printer is the most heavily used <br /> printer in the office. It has only one paper and individual feed <br /> for letterhead (which frequently jams). It is the printer used <br /> to print correspondence to residents, consultants, council, etc. <br /> The current HP Laserjet III has three terminals hooked up to it <br /> with a fourth printer cord. for the administrator's laptop <br /> computer which she accesses by carrying her computer to Pat's <br /> desk. If the Laserjet IV is purchased, the Laserjet III would be <br /> moved into the administrator's office which would allow her to <br /> print many documents in draft or final form that she currently <br /> prepares. <br /> Staff also requests to purchase the optional 500 sheet multi- <br /> purpose paper tray and the 75 sheet envelope feeder for the HP <br /> Laserjet IV.
