PLANNING DEVELOPMENT 9 -8.01 <br /> a. Hospitals for human care, nursing homes, rest or <br /> retirement homes, provided the site shall contain not <br /> less than six hundred (600) square feet of lot area <br /> for each person to be accommodated and that no <br /> building be located less than thirty (30) feet from <br /> the side lot line. <br /> b. Funeral homes and mortuaries. <br /> c. Radio and television studios. <br /> d. Radio and television receiving and transmitting <br /> devices. <br /> e. Private clubs and lodges not operated for a profit. <br /> f. Academies, colleges, universities and churches. <br /> g. Historical buildings, museums, art institutes, <br /> galleries and playhouses. <br /> h. Multiple dwellings as permitted and regulated in an <br /> "R" District. <br /> i. Bank and other financial drive in facilities. <br /> j. Veterinarian clinics. <br /> k. Nurseries day and school <br /> 1. Research centers and laboratories. <br /> Subdivision 3. Permitted Accessory Uses. The following <br /> uses shall be permitted accessory use. <br /> a. Off street parking and loading, signs, fences, and <br /> decorative landscape features as regulated herein. <br /> b. Temporary construction buildings (approved by Zoning <br /> Administrator). <br /> c. Accessory structures other than private garages as <br /> regulated herein. The design and placement of the <br /> accessory buildings must be approved by the Council as <br /> being in harmony with the surrounding limited business <br /> district after review and recommendation by the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> d. Essential service structures, provided no building <br /> shall be located within thirty (30) feet of an abutting <br /> lot in an "R" District. The placement of the essential <br /> service structure must be approved by the Council as <br /> being in harmony with the surrounding limited business <br /> district after review and recommendation by the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> e. Public telephone booths or drive up. The placement <br /> of the telephone booth or drive up must be approved by <br /> the Council as being in harmony with the surrounding <br /> limited business district after review and recommendation <br /> by the Planning Commission. <br /> f.
