Meeting Date: 11/10/93 <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> Falcon Heights /Roseville have been notified by the National Association of Town <br /> Watch, that the cities have been selected as a national award winner for the <br /> second consecutive year. The award recognizes the cities' outstanding <br /> participation in National Night Out. <br /> On August 3, local observances were held in various individual neighborhoods in <br /> addition to one large gathering at the Falcon Heights church parking lot. Also <br /> in conjunction with the night out observance, a teen dance was held at <br /> Roseville Central Park the evening of August 2nd. <br /> Judy Sabean, Falcon Heights Neighborhood Watch volunteer coordinator, will be <br /> in attendance at the city council meeting to receive the award. <br />
