LION'S CLUB AGREEMENT FOR COMMUNITY PARK USE <br /> The Falcon Heights /Lauderdale Lion's Club is granted permission to <br /> use the area north of the free skating rink at the Falcon Heights <br /> Community Park for Christmas tree sales from November 13, 1993 <br /> through December 23, 1993. The Falcon Heights /Lauderdale Lion's <br /> Club agrees to the following terms and conditions: <br /> 1. The bituminous pathways and concrete walkways shall be <br /> used only for the purpose of the initial tree delivery <br /> and for pedestrians. Vehicles shall not be allowed on <br /> the pathway for the purposes of tree pick -up or parking. <br /> 2. Use of the park building shall be limited to use as a <br /> warming shelter for Lion's Club members and storage. <br /> 3. The Lion's Club shall vacate the area by December 23 and <br /> do so by leaving the property in the same good condition. <br /> All remaining trees, associated materials, equipment and <br /> signs shall be removed no later than January 15, 1994. <br /> 4. Two temporary signs are allowed at the site and a sign <br /> permit shall be taken out. <br /> 5.
