M. Frattalone Excavating, Inc., <br /> for work on the 1993 Street Improvement project. The total amount earned to date by F. M. <br /> Frattalone Excavating, Inc., is $309,409.18. Taking into account retainage of $30,940.92 and <br /> previous payments of $57,852.86, the amount owed the Contractor for Pay Estimate No. 2 is <br /> $220,615.41. <br /> The work to date primarily consists of the underground utilities, street subcutting and concrete <br /> curb and gutter in the Grove area along with pavement removal in the Falcon Woods area. We <br /> have reviewed the work performed by F. M.
