As of this date, the budget for the <br /> general fund is $1,061,989 which represents an increase of 2.90 <br /> from the 1993 budget. The increase in the city's property tax <br /> levy reflects the goal of reserving funds for future <br /> infrastructure improvements without increasing the city's tax <br /> rate on individual properties due to an increase in the city's <br /> 1994 taxable tax capacity. <br /> The city's 1994 certified property tax levy is made up of two <br /> revenue sources: <br /> 1. City property tax levy $421 591 8 e <br /> 2.
