This section of curb and gutter <br /> abutting his lot was constructed as a part of the Good Value <br /> Homes project and did not require reconstruction with the 1993 <br /> improvement project. The total claim submitted by Mr. Thorp is <br /> $166.40. This represents 26 feet of curb and gutter at the <br /> assessed price of $6.40 per front foot. <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: Approve reimbursement of $166.50 to <br /> Richard Thorp for asssessment of curb and <br /> gutter not replaced in the 1993 improvement <br /> project. <br />
