A site lease was obtained by MPCA from the City of Falcon Heights in <br /> January 1991. The current site lease expires on November 30, 1992; <br /> however, there is an option to renew the lease for an additional two year <br /> period. <br /> MPCA would like to exercise the option to extend the lease from <br /> December 1, 1992, through November 30, 1994.
